I am often asked by my students, clients and friends for product recommendations. Below you will find a list of fragrance free products along with supplements, general health products (e.g. air purifiers, cookware, detox support), energy medicine tools, supplements, books, food and more.

General Health & Green Products
Please note new appliances including air purifiers may need time to off-gas. Sit appliances in the sun and give it time if you find yourself reacting.
*Air purifiers can be tricky for some who are reactive to plastics or coconut filters. It does take some trial and error in some cases.
