“Pauline’s Nia classes are a pure delight. Each class has a specific focus and the experience is more than a workout, it is a joyful community celebration. We dance to beautiful music in our bare feet; each of us free to express ourselves through the natural movements and sensations of Nia. Come dance with us!”

“I came to Pauline for Integrative Health Coaching because no matter how much sleep I got, I was exhausted all the time, had trouble focusing on my work and my anxiety was getting worse. I wasn’t sure what to expect from coaching, but Pauline put me at ease right away, explaining the process and answering all of my questions. I’m so used to taking care of everyone else that stepping up to care of myself was a difficult decision even though my health had been suffering.
I’m so glad I chose to work with her. After my lab tests identified me with stage 3 adrenal fatigue, the supplements that Pauline recommended have made a huge difference. Just a few months later, I have more energy throughout the day, improved focus, and a better attitude towards life and my loved ones. Pauline has been there every step of the way with compassionate support, an abundance of knowledge, and always a vibrant smile that shows she truly cares.”

“I had a great time at Moving To Heal [Nia] class! Although I was there the first time was warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable there. The instructor is joyful and energetic with a smile on her face all the time :).”

“I just want to thank you for all that you’ve done to create a supportive environment for our Nia community! You’ve fostered a space in which I have found healing, joy, friendships and fun. Nia has had a profound effect on me, allowing me to explore and remember who I am.
Through the creative movement, I have unveiled emotions that have been too deep for words. Healing takes many forms, and there has been a shift of energy for me physically, emotionally, and spiritually since I first danced with you four years ago. I’ve been the proud recipient of your dedication to this healing art, and I’m so excited about your next step expanding beyond the dance floor to support wellness in other ways!
I’m thankful for your presence in my life and the difference you have made helping me dance along the road of recovery (which is more aptly called my dance of discovery)!”

“Pauline has been providing integrative health services/consultation for me since Sept 2016. She is exceptionally caring, knowledgeable and well read. Pauline recommended dietary changes, meditation and supplements that immediately made a huge impact on my health and well being within 30 days, then followed up with more extensive testing to pinpoint root causes. One thing I really love is that she has a very balanced approach and recognizes that humans need help and support to make major lifestyle changes. She provides that support and I highly recommend Moving To Heal!”

“I have been a student of Pauline’s for a little over 10 years. When I think back to my first time dancing I recognize Nia as an important part of my life’s journey. The opportunity to witness Pauline’s joy as she teaches has been inspiring. And dancing with Pauline and the other women (and sometimes a lone male!) has allowed me to experience moving freely in ways that have extended beyond the dance floor and into my life. I count Nia as an important support for my evolving self. And it’s fun too! Thank you Pauline for sharing your love and joy of dancing with me.”

“My first time attending Moving To Heal fitness, I did not expect a fun, interactive and friendly group of participants. Pauline is such an amazing instructor! This fitness activity combines yoga, tai chi, aerobics and dancing with beautiful soothing musical background. Try and you’ll be hooked! I am glad I tried it and now in my fourth session every Saturday. I feel good after an hour of this fitness session especially that it also focuses on body flexibility. Thanks Pauline for teaching and always making it fun for the whole group!”

“A few years ago I was diagnosed with a ‘motor movement’ challenge. Even though I may have not been consistent in my attendance for the Nia classes, I experienced positive benefits every time I attended. My coordination and strength was definitely improved. As someone who has been active my entire life, everything from dance to martial arts to horseback riding, Nia truly helped ‘fill in the gap’ to the pleasure of movement. Thank you for your heart and your commitment to help heal.”
