I Hear You: Talking About Health, Mood, And Fatigue

This week I have recorded my first video blog, a short talk about my current health passion – overcoming fatigue and mood changes so that we can feel good, move well, and enjoy life.

I want to talk about this more, in the weeks ahead, but here’s a quick introduction to who I am, what my story is, and how I can help YOU to feel more like you!

Video Summary

So many of us are exhausted all the time.  We are struggling with mood changes – things like irritability, anxiety or depression make our days feel more difficult.

If this sounds like you, I hear you.

I’m Pauline Osborne. I’m a registered nurse, a certified integrative medicine health coach, and a NIA teacher.  I see these struggles in my health coaching practice, and in my NIA classes.

I’ve also experienced this personally. At the beginning of 2016, life hit hard both personally and professionally. I was just barely hanging on, day to day, trying to get the basic things done, trying to take care of everyone else.  I was continually getting sick. Every two weeks I was having respiratory or digestive illnesses, I was so burned out. I was even having chest pain and anxiety.

Fortunately, life began to settle, and in May of 2016 I took a health coaching program designed to teach me how to help people get to the root cause of their health concerns. It was on that journey that I found out what was going on inside of my own body. I did a test and learned that my hormone levels, which are an important part of my vitality and energy, were depleted. I began a supplement protocol that was targeted specifically at those decreased hormone levels. Hypnotherapy helped me to take a look at different stress triggers in my life, and I also changed my diet and my sleep habits.

In two weeks, I felt my whole nervous system calm down.

And what I discovered by going through this process is that I want to help people like you. I want to help you feel more alive, more vital, so that you can enjoy life to its fullest.

Everything I am reading here sounds so wonderful and positive! Unfortunately I have been looking for a long period of time for help with this Myasthenia that I am afraid to believe anything I see at this point. If this is real and it can help people then this is truly a gift from God and would love nothing more than to help others with this. Ive been in the medical field for over 35 years and would like to know what the best way of getting the information I need to make the choice is.

    Thank you for your time,

    Tammy Nadeau
