Dance with Your Doc & Move with Your Healer

Sunday, May 19th  2:30 – 5 pm

Exercise has many health benefits and providers often recommend exercise to their patients. But how do we incorporate movement into our lives? For this special event, experience an opportunity for providers, patients and the general community to exercise and learn together. Erica Stephens, Intuitive Healer and Kari Jo Ryder, Angel Medium will be presenting on the topic of “Healing from Within”. We’ll then experience a joyful mind-body fitness experience with the Nia Technique.

Location: Emerald City Judo, 14950 NE 95th St, Suite A/B (Building 3), Redmond, WA 98052

I expected to attend this event (“Dance with your Doc and Move with your Healer”) for the information on joint health and a little exercise. OH MY! Not only was the presentation clear, informative, and inspiring, the Nia Dance was amazing. I haven’t felt so alive and free for many years, though I do get other regular exercise. Pauline was easy to follow and it was joyful, freeing and empowering. It was a warm and welcoming community. I will attend another such event, and in the meantime, I am excited to attend Nia classes. – Leubgythe Holm, Ph.D.

A visual glimpse into a Dance with Your Doc & Move with Your Healer Event

Recently I attended one of Pauline’s Moving to Heal Nia dance events.  I found Pauline very welcoming which made it easy for me to feel comfortable with a new experience.  The music itself moved my soul and then to incorporate healing movement also, made for a rich experience.  It was overall a joy filled hour.  I plan to attend more of Pauline’s classes; starting tomorrow!  Thanks Pauline for your kind, caring attention.  – Nancy
